This loan application workshop will provide you with an introduction to SCCLF’s policies and application package, and give participants an opportunity to ask questions about the lending process.  The organization will have representatives on site to answer questions and discuss individual projects.

SCCLF will consider any projects within its four areas of focus:

• Affordable housing:  Multi-family construction loans;
• Healthy Food Enterprises:  Food access projects located in USDA-designated food
  deserts;
• Community Facilities: Charter school facilities and community health centers;
• Community Businesses: Business loans in low- to moderate-income neighborhoods;
  hiring low- to moderate-income residents

Please note that full loan applications must be submitted to the SCCLF by the 15th of each month to be considered at the next Loan Committee meeting.
